Policies
for Resolving Issues and/or
Working on Projects when a Client is
Outside of their FREE SUPPORT period.
$90
per hour with a $10 minimum for ULTRA staff which may or may not
be performed by Steve Hunter (at our discretion).
$120
per hour with a $60 minimum If you specifically request Steve Hunter
to work on your project. (Mention "Steve-only" in the
description field below).
Billing
is by the minute (rounded up), and begins upon answering phone or
opening an email.
Billing
ends when ULTRA Staff moves completely off of your project or issue.
Any estimate of
how long a project will take is not a fixed price contract. Projects
are billed for the amount of time they actually take to complete. The
only circumstances where work will be performed at a fixed prices are
the cases listed at FLATFEE .
Clients may request
time limits at which we'll stop working on an issue or project. In that
case the client is responsible for compensating us for our time even
if the issue remains unresolved and/or unfinished.
All
work performed on projects is compensated on a pure hourly basis.
There are no guarantees of value, satisfaction, etc. We will do
our best on your project and we expect to be compensated for all
the time we spend regardless of the result of that time.
PAID
SUPPORT balances are invoiced on a monthly basis and due upon receipt.
