FLAT FEE SUPPORT SCHEDULE

In order to simplify our billing procedures, common requests for
users ineligible for FREE Support is handled on a flat fee basis.
(Effective as of 02/01/10. Subject to change at any time.)


New Authorization Code (AC) via Email ($10)

ULTRA Clients upgrade their computers very often. In the past, we've had to send out new ACs many times every day.

In ULTRA 10.32+, the most recent Authorization Code (AC) that a user has entered into the ULTRA program is available via the HELP + ABOUT menu item.

Does not apply to new clients in their NEW30 support period.


EMAIL Re-send. ($10)

All emails we send have...
* the word 'ultra' somewhere in the "Subject"
* either 'ultra' or 'uedev' somewhere in the "Reply-to" email field.

Remember that your email can be filtered at three levels:
* ISP such as Comcast.net
* Email Provider such as AOL.com before delivery to your box.
* Email application such as your Yahoo.com spam filters.

Please set up your email filters accordingly . In the past over 50% of our emails have not been received, a situation we desperately want resolved.

MAIL Re-send. ($20)

Does not apply to clients in their FREE SUPPORT periods whose order was lost in the mail.


MAIL Re-send via Overnight Delivery. ($40)

At this time we do not generally offer overnight shipping on our products but we will do so at this rate.
