We Ask that You've
:

  • Read the Tutorial at ULTRA's HELP + USER'S GUIDE menu item.
    We'll know from your request how much of our documentation you've read. ULTRA is not a program that you can jump into without reading docs.

  • Checked the FAQ page to see if your issue is answered there.
    The FAQ page is updated automatically at least daily with every Q&A that we believe will help other users.

  • Checked the BUGS page to make sure that your issue isn't a bug of which we're already aware, and working to resolve. Once a bug has been reported, additional reports do not help us.

  • Reviewed our SUPPORT POLICY . We don't want you to be surprised in terms of whether you qualify for free support or not.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Your SUPPORT CODE (SC) is available via clicking the SUPPORT menu item of ULTRA 10.32+. A valid SC is required for all FREE Support Requests. (The SC contains information that greatly speeds up our ability to resolve your issue such as the version you are using.)

  • Try not to combine multiple problems / questions in a single Support Request. While we will address each issue, we get confused and will probably miss answering some of them.

Upon receipt of your request,
we'll send you a confirmation email which will contain:

  • The initial status of your request.
  • Possibly, a solution if the issue is easy to resolve.
  • Possibly, additional questions if your issue is difficult to reproduce..

Once we've sent you a solution we'll assume the issue is resolved. If our solution fails to resolve your issue just let us know.

* either 'ultra' or 'uedev' somewhere in the "Reply-to" email field.

Please set up your email filters accordingly . In the past over 50% of our emails have not been received, a situation we desperately want resolved.
