IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Your SUPPORT CODE is available via clicking the SUPPORT menu item of ULTRA 10.32+

  • Please do not report problems in pre-ULTRA 10.32 versions. If you have a problem in an earlier version, the only advice we can offer is to download the latest version from our DOWNLOAD page.

  • Please only report one bug in a BUG REPORT. Our automated processing method can't handle more than one issue per report. If you have have multiple issues, report them separately.

  • Your report and its status will be listed on our BUG STATUS PAGE
    ( http://www.ultrafs.com/ibugs.txt ).
    The BUG STATUS PAGE is automatically updated daily to contain the status of all outstanding, unreleased, and recently fixed bugs (with the version that contains the fix.)

  • The estimated release date of all versions is available on our SCHEDULE page.

  • Please do not ask for more information about the status of your report, or an estimate of when it will be resolved. The pages above contain all the information that exists.
